SANATAN SAMRUDDHI TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
Sanatan Samruddhi ("Platform", "we", "our", "us") is a private, invite-only digital network built on Dharma, trust, responsibility, and ethical governance.
By accessing or using this website or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Invite-Only Access
Sanatan Samruddhi does not allow public registration.
Access is provided only through invitation and admin approval.
An invitation is a privilege, not a right.
The platform reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke access at any time without obligation to provide reasons.
3. User Verification & Approval
Users may be required to provide:
- Name
- Mobile number (contact and account security; mobile OTP is currently disabled)
- Email address
- Device and security identifiers
Access to the network is granted only after successful verification and admin approval.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial or permanent termination.
4. Account & Device Binding
Each account is bound to a specific device.
Login from a new or altered device may require admin approval.
Multiple accounts, impersonation, or security bypass attempts are strictly prohibited.
Violation may lead to immediate suspension or permanent ban, including device-level restrictions.
5. Trust Score System
Sanatan Samruddhi operates a Trust Score system to maintain platform integrity.
- Trust is earned through responsible behavior and verified participation
- Trust may decrease due to misuse, reports, or violations
Trust Score:
- Is not a legal or user-owned right
- Cannot be sold, transferred, or demanded
- Is managed solely by the platform
6. User Content & Listings
Approved users may create profiles, listings, and upload content.
Prohibited content includes:
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- False or misleading information
- Hate, abuse, or harassment
- Illegal or unethical activities
- Content violating Indian law or platform values
The platform may edit, restrict, or remove content at its discretion without prior notice.
7. Community Reporting & Restrictions
Users may report profiles or listings that violate platform rules.
Repeated or serious reports may result in account restriction.
Restricted accounts may lose:
- Browsing access
- Upload permissions
- Invitation rights
Final decisions rest solely with the platform administration.
8. Advertisements & Sponsorships
All advertisements are treated as manual sponsorships, not automated ads.
Ads are subject to review and approval.
Misleading, illegal, or unethical promotions are not permitted.
The platform may reject, suspend, or remove any sponsorship.
Payments, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, systems, designs, logos, and architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Sanatan Samruddhi.
Unauthorized copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
10. Suspension & Termination
The platform may suspend or terminate any account if:
- These Terms are violated
- Trust systems are abused
- Harmful or unlawful activity is detected
- Platform integrity is threatened
No compensation or claims may be made for suspended or terminated accounts.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sanatan Samruddhi is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
The platform is not liable for:
- Business losses
- User-to-user disputes
- Data loss or downtime
- Indirect or consequential damages
Users are solely responsible for their actions and interactions.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
13. Changes to Terms
The platform may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
